Start with a design consult

1. Foronda Builders starts every project with a design consult.
2. We visit the house, take measurements and talk through what you want and what you want to spend.
3. We draw a layout for the space, and you change it with us until it is right.
4. We give you a written scope of work and a written price for the build.
5. The design fee is $750.
6. If you hire us to build, the full $750 is credited to your build price.
7. If you do not hire us, you keep the drawings and the written scope.
8. You get in writing: the layout drawing, the scope of work, the price, and a line stating the fee credit.
9. Nothing is built until you approve the price in writing. Any change after that is priced in writing first.
