How it works
- Talk. You tell us what you want and what you want to spend. We walk the house and take measurements.
- Design. We draw it. You see the plan and change it until it is right.
- Price. You get a written scope and a written price. You approve it before any work starts. If you hire us, your design fee comes off the price.
- Build. We build what was drawn and priced. Any change goes in writing, with the price, before we do it.
We prepare the drawings your town's permit office asks for and handle the permit application with you.
